Attorney Debra A. Brown has been in practice since 1984. She is a solo practitioner in Torrington. Her practice includes Elder Law, with an emphasis on Medicaid (title 19) Planning and the Processing of Title 19 Applications. There is also an emphasis on Estate Planning, with Wills and trusts, Living Wills and Durable and Health Care Powers of Attorney. Her practice also includes Probate Administration and Real Estate.

She is currently a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
